It is the responsibility of the submitter to provide their video as follows:

PAL no smaller than: 4:3 aspect ratio 720 pixels by 576 pixels
16:9 aspect ratio 1024 pixels by 576 pixels

If the video is smaller than this then it will not be played

Videos files in an .mov or .avi file type
