CONTENT
We don't play videos based on how much money it cost to make them or who's sent them to us or how much advertising they put on the channel, but on what we see as the artistic merit of both the song and the video and how we feel it'll work with our viewers.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All those submitting materials ("Submitters") must adhere to the following submission guidelines:
All Submitters must affirmatively agree to the terms of the Myband TV Limited Video Submission Service Agreement. All information
that you provide in connection with the materials you submit may be disclosed on this Site and/or in any other manner in connection
with the Myband TV programmes and other programs including, without limitation, any and all ‘best of’ or retrospective of the programs
(each, a "Program" and, collectively, the "Programs").

We ask that submitters refrain from submitting the following:

• Materials with gratuitous gun imagery/gestures.
• Materials which contain nudity.
• Materials which reference phone numbers, website links and/or personal addresses - physical, email or otherwise.
• Materials which contain images of license plates.
• Materials which endorse or condone illegal drug or alcohol abuse.
• Materials which contain explicit, graphic or excessive sexual activity.
• Materials which contain derogatory characterisations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups.
• Materials which contain gratuitous violence.
• Materials which contain language which is vulgar or offensive.
• Materials which contains material that is prohibited under the Terms of Use.

Any materials which do not conform to these guidelines or which do not adhere to the technical requirements specified on the Site will not be accepted. Myband TV Limited reserves the right to reject any submitted materials that they deem, in its sole discretion, to violate any of their policies

COPYRIGHT
The ‘Submitter’ represents and warrants that they possess full rights in the video content submitted and shall confirm that the video will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to submitt the material and to grant Myband TV Limited all of the license rights granted herein.

OWNERSHIP
The ‘submitter’ shall retain all ownership rights in the video submitted

TRANSMISSION
The ‘submitter’ hereby grant Myband TV Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub- licensable and transferable license to transmit the video for a minimum of up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of first transmission
